Tier 1

  • At least one class or 40 students have been taught and assess to have grasped the entire Get Happier concepts and practice.

  • At least 70% of students’ parents’ population taught and assess to have grasped the entire Get Happier concepts and practice.

  • At least one Get Happier Certified Practitioner.

  • One Head of Department Endorsement.

  • Head of School Endorsement.

  • Assessment rubrics available.

  • Pass audit for certification.

Tier 2

  • At least 5 classes or 200 students have been taught and assess to have grasped the entire Get Happier concepts and practice.

  • At least 70% of students’ parents’ population taught and assess to have grasped the entire Get Happier concepts and practice.

  • At least 5 Get Happier Certified Practitioner.

  • At least 1 HOD is a GH Certified Practitioner.

  • At least 1 Get Happier Certified Practitioner is a Certified Choice Theory Practitioner.

  • One Head of Department Endorsement.

  • Head of School Endorsement.

  • Assessment rubrics available.

  • Pass audit for certification.

Tier 3

  • At least 30 classes or 1,200 students have been taught and assess to have grasped the entire Get Happier concepts and practice.

  • At least 70% of students’ parents’ population taught and assess to have grasped the entire Get Happier concepts and practice.

  • At least 30 Get Happier Certified Practitioner.

  • At least 10 HOD or KAH is a GH Certified Practitioner.

  • At least 5 Get Happier Certified Practitioner is a Certified Choice Theory Practitioner.

  • Two Head of Department Endorsement.

  • Head of School Endorsement.

  • Assessment rubrics available.

  • Pass audit for certification.

Full School

  • 90% of student population taught and assess to have grasped the entire Get Happier concepts and practice.

  • 90% of teaching staff are Get Happier Certified Practitioner.

  • 70% of students’ parents’ population taught and assess to have grasped the entire Get Happier concepts and practice.

  • 50% of HOD or KAH are Certified Choice Theory Practitioner.

  • Head of School Endorsement.

  • Pass audit for certification.
